Returns or exchanges of purchased products
You may return or exchange items must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. Products should also include their original tags or packaging.
How to pack your return (important notes)
Please make sure your returned items are safely packed for transport.
If possible, use the original cardboard box you received your order in - this helps us reduce waste and take better care of the environment together.
If the original packaging is no longer available, you may use any other cardboard box.
Whenever possible, we also encourage the use of paper packing tape instead of plastic tape.
Thank you for helping us reduce plastic waste - it really means a lot to us.
Shipping and return costs
You may return your order or exchange it using either your national post or express courier. The cost of shipment in that case is covered by the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will refund your payment within a maximum of 14 days. In most cases, we process refunds much faster. We will issue tha refund using the same payment method used for your order, unless we agree otherwise with you.
Return form
Our customers do not need to fill in any paper return form or a complex on-line one !
You may inform us about a return via a simple notification of return available on your customer's account in our on-line store.
You may also use an e-mail both for a return or exchange procedure enclosing the data below. Importantly, a return or exchange e-mail or a notification of return should be sent to us within 30 days of delivery.
