MENDING SERVICES
Do your ProRock trousers need mending because they had an accident while crazy climbing or are they just worn? Are you looking for the best way to have the ripped area optimally repaired?
With a focus on sustainability and to show you our appreciation for having used our brand's clothing for years, we are happy to offer you our mending services. Contact us: ewa@prorock-climbing.eu. and send the photos of the trousers that need mending. We will together settle the range of the repair and its cost. If available, for all mendings we use the original materials and threads which the trousers are made of.
FORMS AND INVOICES
Invoices are issued and sent only in electronic versions.
To return or change a product, informing us via e-mail is perfectly sufficient. To do so, write to either ewa@prorock-climbing.eu or contact@prorock-climbing.eu
You do not need to fill in and send to us any paper forms.
LABELS
We use labels made of cardboard paper only. They are attached to our clothes with a paper cord.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
We do not use plastic bags either for storing or shipping our products.
To pack your order, we use cardboard boxes, paper tape, and self-adhesive parcel labels - no needles plastic envelopes, and others.
REUSING OF CARDBOARD BOXES
Whenever it is possible, the box already used by you for products exchange purposes can be reused by us to ship the exchanged clothes to you.
